Some pics from Kansas...

Jeremiah took a couple photos of the kids with his cellphone and he was able to send them to me via email. YAY! I miss my kids like crazy and I just wanna go home! I cry several times a day longing to hold them. Soon...

Anyhow, since this blog has been so dull without anything to post about I figured I would share my happy pictures with you. (Remember they were taken on a cell phone)

All my beautiful kids sitting outside our home in Kansas, when they first arrived.

Jeremiah took the kids to the carnival at their school this afternoon. This was taken on the walk home. Notice the coats?! They were having snow flurries this morning! IT'S APRIL!!! What have I gotten myself into...?? LOL

Lonely, I'm so lonely....

Yay! I'm back online! I was able to get the internet set up at my parents place and now I can blog to my hearts content. :) It's a good thing because I really need something to keep me occupied for the next week or so. Liam is still warm and cozy in mommy's tummy and I'm okay with that. We are anxiously waiting his arrival however I am no longer "willing" him to come...he will come out when he is ready. I go to see my midwife tomorrow afternoon, I am pretty sure he is head down but I will be able to really confirm it tomorrow. (Sometimes a butt feels like a head to me and vice versa)

So for the newest news...Jeremiah flew in from Kansas early yesterday morning, he loaded up my van with the last of the things that were still here and with all our luggage. Next, he loaded my whole life in the van...our 4 beautiful children Ashlynne, Brinton, Elise, & Julianna. It was the last time I would see them all before I make the trip to Kansas in a couple weeks. My dad went along with Miah to help tend the kids and help Miah get settled in the house without me. The plan is for me to stay here with my mother until Liam is born and roughly 5 days or so after leave on an airplane to Kansas. It's gonna be a long week or so without my kids. Last night I woke up so many times to check on them only to remember that they weren't here. I heard some kids playing outside this afternoon and got sad because it wasn't my kids. The ice cream truck came around and I thought I would run out and buy a popsicle just to think of them. I miss my babies but I know they are in good hands with their daddy and their grandpa. I am a little sad because Ashlynne and Brinton start their new school on Tuesday and I won't be there to get them ready, make them lunch, and take pictures. (Which reminds me, I need to make sure Miah takes pictures) The last couple of days Julianna was so clingy with me that she even had to follow me to the bathroom! But Jeremiah said she has been so happy with him so I am hoping she will do well without me. Elise is so excited to be moving to Kansas and she is a daddy's girl so I'm not to worried about her. I am really gonna miss them and the next time I see them I'll be bringing along their new baby brother, I can't wait to see their faces. Anyhow, thats the news for now, hopefully my next post will be a birth announcement!! :)

Moving Day...

That's what my home has resorted to...BOXES! Well we are about 85% packed. There are still several odds and ends that will be thrown into boxes tomorrow and Saturday morning but other than that all the furniture and big items are done. I feel like a tornado have swept through my house!! My kitchen is turned upside down and the master bathroom is filled with all the lotions, potions, misc hair things etc. from all over the house. We pick up the Moving truck tonight and several people are coming over to help us pack everything into the truck TONIGHT...wow. Jeremiah leaves to Kansas on Saturday afternoon. I am going to be staying with my parents in their condo until he returns next Saturday (April 5th) to help move our family out there since I can't do the drive all by myself with all the kids. Anyhow, I'm starting to feel anxious about the whole thing, its getting so close.

P.S. still no baby...its looking more and more like I am going to be having him without Jeremiah present. :(

Leaving Las Vegas....

So I've been keeping a secret...well sort of. Some people already know but for the most part its been a big secret from everyone else. Anyhow as you can probably tell from the title of today's blog the Bowles Family is leaving Las Vegas! Many of you have wondered why I have been so stressed lately and now you know. On top of having a baby in the next few weeks we are also furiously packing our house up for our big move at the end of the month. The truck needs to be packed and on its way by March 28th.
So, I bet you are wondering where we are moving? Well we are moving to a city called Olathe, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City. Jeremiah begins his new job there on April 1st and the kids and I will be making the move on April 5th. (Jeremiah is flying back to drive with us in the van over that weekend) So hopefully Liam has made his big appearance by then!
So that's our big news and now you know why I have been so extremely overwhelmed, frazzled and completely distant. :) LOL....this too shall pass....

More later...
