I'm writing over here today.
(Actually it was yesterday but it posted later in the day and I missed it. )

I've had the honor of writing for the Talk of the Week for the last two years, in fact if you read my bio on the right hand side of the site it is really in need of an update. Writing for the blog has truly been a blessing in my life because I have had the opportunity to really study talks and sermons given by prophets and leaders of the church, both male and female.

Knowing Who You Are and Who You Have Always Been....

Each morning, as I headed off to school, my mom would tell me “Remember who you are.” I would always smile and nod and say I know mom, but deep down I was a little annoyed that she couldn’t come up with anything better to say. Of course I knew who I was...duh......

It's the 4th week of the month which means it is my turn to add some spiritual inspiration on the "Talk of the Week Club" blog. The 4th week of the month has come soooooo fast! I can hardly believe October is nearly over!!! Obviously, you all know what the 4th Thursday of the month is, right?! It's my turn to provide a little spiritual uplifting over at the Talk of the Week Club.

This week I highlighted Dallin H. Oaks' talk "Good, Better, Best" from last years General Conference. It helped me put things into perspective after a crazy week of busy, busy, busy but ultimately neglecting the things that are most important. May we strive to make the right choices and not settle for GOOD when we can have BEST.

What Are We Doing With Today??

Beginning this week I am a contributer for the "Talk of the Week Club". This is a superb blog and I am proud to be a part of it. Each Thursday a new gospel talk will be posted...It's like a weekly feast for the soul! :) I will be choosing the talk and adding my thoughts the fourth Thursday of each month.
