Everything is ready, the home birth kit is assembled, diapers purchased, the teeny tiny baby clothes laundered and put away and now we are just waiting for the arrival of our sweet little boy.
My belly continues to grow and aside from feeling really hot on most days (this summer has been brutal) I am feeling amazingly well and happy. I find it interesting that I was able to be pregnant through a whole summer in Las Vegas with Julianna (she was born in September, too) in one of the hottest summers, facing 112 degree weather and feel carefree and fine the whole pregnancy but I can't even tolerate 90 degrees here in Kansas! It's the humidity, blech!
The only thing I haven't been able to do this pregnancy is have some maternity photos taken. I'm feeling a little bittersweet about the strong possibility that this is our last baby and I really want to capture these last few weeks. Hopefully I can figure something out before the little man makes his appearance but for now I'll just have to enjoy Blurry, Grainy Pregnancy Photos taken on an Iphone by Julianna...not bad for a 4 year old, huh?! HAHA.
