Jeremiah: In February he
started working as BIM Division Manager in the Federal Dept at Black and
Veatch, continues teaching Adjunct at ITT Tech, and is in graduate school at
University of Kansas (KU) He enjoyed
taking the kids to the pool nearly everyday in the summer and makes brownies
with them every Sunday.
Alida: At
the beginning of the year she had the awesome opportunity to teach song and
dance to a darling group of 3-5 year
olds. The highlight was watching them perform as the pre-show to the musical
Magic in Me in Pittsburg, KS. After a
pretty rough pregnancy she had our 7th child at 42 weeks
pregnant! She was able to go naturally like she has for the last 4 children. She enjoys being a Stay at
Home mom with our 7 little blessings and the kids keep her busy, busy,
busy.
Ashlynne: 13, in 7th grade, made the
cheerleading squad. She performed in
various school and community plays and musicals throughout the year and enjoys
theater very much. Auditioned and made
the Kansas State Music Educators Honor Choir and will be performing with them
in Wichita, KS in February. Serves as
2nd counselor in the Beehive Presidency at Church.
Brinton:
11, in 6th
grade. After major spinal surgery last
November plus 3 months of wearing a halo orthosis on his head he has completely
recovered and has even grown a few inches!
He takes private cello lessons
and plays in the school orchestra. He
enjoys drawing and Star Wars. He is in
Boy Scouts and looks forward to turning 12 this coming year.
Elise: 10, in 4th grade. Loves being on stage! Earlier in the year she was a narrator in the
production of "Magic in Me" and she lit up the stage with her singing
and dancing. She participates in Special
Chorus at school and performed at Crown
Center in Kansas City, MO.
Julianna:
7, in 1st
grade. Loves reading, she struggled at
first and is now reading chapter books like a pro. She loves Junie B. Jones. She loves dance and fashion. She has many friends and enjoys being the
center of attention. She has finally
lost her first 2 teeth in the last month!
Liam: 4, in Preschool. He is the funniest kid and he keeps us
laughing and smiling all day. He loves
to dance around and make up songs about how much he loves his mom. He likes stuffed animals and action figures
and playing "Where's my Water?" on the iPad.
Aidan: 2. Otherwise known as Hurricane Aidan, he surely
keeps us on our toes. We can't let him
out of our sight because he will always find some mischief to get into. He loves food and is not picky at all. He has an amazing vocabulary and loves
singing primary songs.
CAMRYN AURORA BOWLES: 4 months {On Christmas Day} is our newest beautiful baby addition. Born August 25, 2012 weighing 8 pounds 12
ounces. She is a little piece of heaven
on earth. She was blessed by daddy on November 4th, big sister Ashlynne's 13th
birthday, and we were grateful to have Grandma Colette here from Wyoming to
attend.
This
year has been full of many blessings. We
know that these blessings all come from our Savior Jesus Christ and it is He
whom we celebrate during this Holiday season.
We wish you all the happiness in world during the coming New Year and we
hope that your days are always shiny and bright.
Merry Christmas and a very, very happy new year!!
