Grilled Peanut Butter & Banana Sandwiches

So much to blog about...so, so much...first Elise participated in the Miss Sweet Six Pageant (a long standing Olathe Old Settlers tradition open only to little girls 6 years old) ...then there was the Old Settlers Parade...Opening Day for cheerleading for both girls...etc, etc....really, I have like 5 new blogs waiting in my drafts...

BUT

Today while in Memphis, TN, I had the most amazing Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana sandwich at the Rockabilly Diner just across the street from Graceland (you know where Elvis lived and now rests in peace...as much as you can with over 2,000 visitors each day) So while I know that the other topics require some much needed blog attention today's sandwich was too, too yummy to not get a whole blog of it's own.
