More deep conversations with Lisey....

Elise: Mom, you always say "Tomorrow" but when tomorrow comes it's always today? So there is no tomorrow.

Me: Ummmmm...Today is the Tomorrow we are talking about(trying not to confuse her or myself but fearing I already have)

Elise: So, I guess then Today is Yesterday, Tomorrow. Right?!

Me: HUH?! (But she is totally right if you think about it...)

I love those DEEP THOUGHTS from kids!
The magnet board...I bought one that was just the bare wood and the metal (you know what I mean?) and then I painted the sides and the next day I measured and cut the paper so the print would all line up and I modge-podged it on! I put modge-podge on the wood first, then put the paper on and smoothed out all the air bubbles, the modge-poged over the paper when I had all the pieces on. I don't think you HAVE to modge-podge over the paper, but it makes the seems in the paper less noticable.
Wheew! That was a long answer. Hope it was helpful!

Sometimes tomorrow never comes! However, I think she is a bright child! Good thinking! April

I had to ponder that one for a minute or two but she is very right. Alida, dear, you are in trouble if she is that sharp already!

Of course you can add me... I hope things are going well in Kansas. It's a little different there than Las Vegas is :D We were there a year ago, and the atmosphere, and weather, and people; are all something to get used to.

Good Luck, and Good Health to you all!

My kids do things like this everyone once in a while and I'm left wondering who the "smart" one is . . .
Thanks for sharing, that's funny.
