Brinton's 1st cello recital for the Nevada School of the Arts was held this evening at Family Music Center West. It was so wonderful to see my baby up there playing the cello! He was the first to play which was a little scary for him because he has really only been playing since July. He is learning how to play using the suzuki method so his first song was a Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star Variation which they call Elmo is My Favorite. He was nervous but played fairly well for being in front of a ton of people and having to go first. Check out the video to see how he did (just remember it's his 1st recital and he is only 6!!!)

Oh how cute!!!!!!!!!! That cello is almost bigger than he is! LOL Not bad at all for how short a time he's been playing.
