I can hardly believe Brinton is already 7! Somehow my mind has frozen him at around 4 or 5 but he really is a independent big boy. So in honor of his birthday, as I do with every special occasion... 7 wonderful things about my 7 year old!
1. He is the family comedian!! For example yesterday we were watching one of the girls old dance recitals. We paused it at the title of a dance so the screen just read "Storms in Africa" Brinton walked in the room and quickly ran out fake screaming "Aaaaahhhhhh!!" I asked him what was up and he says "Mom there is a storm in africa!!" and busts out laughing. He loves to be silly and make us laugh.
2. He loves being a big brother to Liam, he actually gets very upset if he hasn't gotten his "bonding time" with his little brother each day.
3. He is the most obedient of our children, however he is a boy and boys will be boys, but mostly he is a good listener and chooses the right.
4. He still likes to give me hugs and cuddle with me...I am not looking forward to the day he gets too old or too cool for that.
5. He is very good at math and science...he can teach me a thing or two.
6. Brinton is very neat! He has to make sure everything is in its place, his clothes are clean and he looks good and he even tends to sneak a little of daddy's cologne occasionally!
7. Brinton loves hanging out with his dad, to him it's the best thing in the world. His favorite place in the world is anywhere with dad.

Happy Birthday, Brinton! It sounds like he such a good boy. What a lucky mom you are.
It's crazy how fast kids grow up! I love how you posted 7 things you love about your little guy, I think I'll take that idea and do it as well (tomorrow in fact for my baby....who will be 5). He's a handsome little boy and I hope he had a wonderful birthday.
So glad y'all are all back together again! Hurry and let us know all about Kansas. Hope to see you when I pass through this summer!
Happy 7th Birthday Brinton! Must be something about those kids born in May of 2001. Jasmine will be 7 tomorrow and is the best child in the world. That was indeed a good month to have a child Alida. Happy Birthday big guy!
