Another first day for us...today Elise began Pre-Kindergarten at Seton Academy. Of course she was so excited!! I took her to her classroom but everyone was still playing outside. We found the cubby with her name on it (She found it all by herself, I was so proud) and then I took her to the playground. Right away she saw some girls playing on the merry go round and she ran right to them (she is such a friend maker) She said "Bye bye mommy have a good day!" HUH? WHAT? Wait a minute thats MY line! Oh well I guess she was ready to go. This is her first school experience so I was really nervous that she would be afraid and cry (she is soooo unpredictable) but NOPE. She was so happy...I sadly waved good bye and as I walked down the hall of the school I tried so hard to hold back my tears. I hate to say that I only made it as far as my car before I was blubbering like a baby. My little girl is growing up!

Love the pose in her picture! You're kids are so stinkin cute. I still can't believe that I'm going to go through that tomorrow!!!! My youngest is going to her first day of Preschool tomorrow! McKinley is totally ready for it and can't stop talking about it, I on the other hand am not quite ready for my "baby" to grow up. I'm sure I'll be blubbering like a baby too.
